I find this product does asssit in my weight loss program, which consists of 25-30 minutes a day of some form of physical activity/exercise and just eating smaller portions but also not denying myself what I enjoy. I wouldn't fully depend on just this product and it probably does not contribute to nearly 30% of my weight loss but again I do find this product to help me more than any other products I have tried.
