Save time and money with our Convenience Plan
It's simple, convenient and free.
Our Convenience Plan is the easiest way for you to be sure you never run out of the products you use and need on a regular basis. We keep track of everything for you. The concept is simple: set up an automatic shipment of your favorite products so that you will never run out! To use this service, simply follow these easy steps:
- On any product page, select the frequency with which you want the product shipped to you and click the "Add To Cart" button. Do this for each product you want us to ship to you on a regular basis. Select "Send One Time Only" for any products you want us to only ship to you once.
- Complete the checkout process for your order.
- We will ship you this order. Then, after the frequency you selected in the first step, we will automatically send you the products you requested. You don't have to do anything else. Each time we ship you your products, we will bill your credit card. It's that easy.
Please note that we do NOT store your credit card information. When you place your order, our payment processor creates a unique "token" that represents your card that we can use for future orders. Each token is an unique, incredibly long, combination of letters, numbers and symbols that is virtually impossible for someone to guess. Even if they did guess it, they wouldn't be able to use it because only Whole Health can! We store that token encrypted, even though nobody else can use it, simply because we are so uptight about security. Any time you want to change the credit card you are using, or need to update the expiration date, simply log into your account at our site. Benefits of Our Convenience Plan:
- Obviously, it's very convenient to have your month's supply of daily multivitamins, for example, shipped to you each month.

In addition to the convenience, you receive our lowest price on each product (usually 70% off retail) and free domestic (U.S.) shipping if your order totals $75.00 or more! If we lower the price of a product, we automatically give you that lower price. In the rare event that we have to raise the price of a product, we will notify you first by email, before your order ships.

For your convenience you may cancel, change, add to, or suspend your Convenience Plan orders at any time, because you manage it, yourself, on-line -- any time, day or night.

If the date of your Convenience Plan shipment falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or Holiday, your order is automatically shipped prior to the regular shipping date to ensure prompt delivery. You don’t have to do anything. We will take care of it. However, if you select a fixed date for your shipment, such as "the 25th of each month", your order will always be charged on the 25th. We know how important budgeting can be.

Detailed Instructions:
- Adding Products
There are three ways to add products to your plan.
- You can make a purchase through our standard shopping cart and choose a frequency that is not "Send One Time Only" and a Convenience Plan will automatically be created for you at the end of the check-out process.
- When you are viewing a product page, below the price box is a link, "Add to Convenience Plan".
- Go to "My Convenience Plan" (under "My Account" at the top of every page) and add a product from there.
- Reviewing Your Products
Once you have products in your Convenience Plan, it is simple to visually see your future shipments and adjust them as needed. As not everyone takes the same amount of product each day, and not all bottles have the same number of days supply, it can take some thought as how to best optimize your shipment(s) to incur the lowest total shipping charges. Shipments are grouped by their "Ship Date" no matter what "Frequency" is selected. This ensures that if you have a product on a 30-day frequency and one on a 60-day frequency, they will line up and ship together on every other shipment. This saves shipping costs.
- Removing Some Products
There are two ways to remove products from your plan.
- The "Suspend Item" button turns the product "off," but leaves it at the bottom of your plan clearly showing it has been turned off. This allows you to easily add it back at a future date.
- The "Delete Item" button removes the product from your plan. If you delete all products from your plan, you will no longer have a plan, but can still add items later. See "Adding Products" above.
- Changing the "Next Ship Date" and/or "Frequency"
The "Next Ship Date" is the next date on which your order will automatically trigger. The "Frequency" is the number of days that will be added to the date on which your order triggers to determine the following ship date. If you would like your order to trigger on a fixed day (such as the 23rd every month), first choose the 23rd of the month as your "Next Ship Date" and click Update My Plan. This will populate the "Frequency" pull-down menu with the 23rd for the (Every Month), (Every 2 Months) and (Every 3 Months) selections. Then choose your "Frequency" and click Update again to lock in your frequency selection. If you choose the 28th through the 31st of any month, it will be registered as the last day of the month.
To Choose A Fixed Date 
- Limitations
There are a couple of limitations with our Convenience Plan:
- You may NOT have a single product in the program more than once. In other words you cannot have the same product on a 30-day frequency and also have it on a 60-day frequency so that you would receive twice as much product every other month. You CAN, however, log in to your account whenever you want and adjust your desired quantities accordingly. If for some reason it is absolutely necessary for you to have the same product on the program more than once, you will need to create a second account for yourself (with its own login) to set this up separately. Note, however, that as a separate Convenience Plan, any separate shipping charges will apply.
- You may not ship to multiple addresses. Even though our shopping cart allows you to store multiple addresses in your address book, you must designate one as the default billing address and one as the default shipping address.
