1. We guarantee you will be satisfied with our products!

When you are using our products, you are using the best. If you use the product (for up to 60 days) and it doesn't provide the benefit that you expected and a benefit consistent with our product monograph on this website, you may return the product for a refund. Simply return any unused portion for a complete, 100% refund (excluding the shipping costs, and up to a 60-day supply).

Please see our Product Returns page for more information. There is some fine print necessitated by a small percentage of customers who have abused this policy in the past. For example, a person cannot buy 12 bottles of a product, dump them into a different container, and return the 12 empty bottles for a refund. (Yes, unfortunately, there are people who believe this is ethical.)

2. We guarantee that shopping at Whole Health is safe.

This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at Whole Health Products, LLC. How can we make this guarantee? Simply put, we have created and maintain a state-of-the-art secure environment for e-commerce. There are many components that go into security. For those interested, these include the following elements:

First, our company and website are what is called "PCI Compliant". That means that we have passed a rigorous and ongoing security approval process designed by the Payment Card Industry (PCI), which includes regular vulnerability scans of our website and office servers by an independent third party.

Secondly, secure connections to our website (such as those during checkout and when you log into your account) are established using what is called a "Class 3 Extended Validation SSL Certificate." To the non-geeks out there, this is the most secure type of SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate available. Many major financial institutions have not yet employed this technology, and are still using "weaker" security. This doesn't mean that their security isn't "good"; it just means that we are using the newest, best, and most up-to-date security available, without exception. During our application for this certificate, the issuing authority sent an inspector to physically visit our facility! When your browser establishes a secure connection to our site on a modern Web browser (approximately 2007 or newer, depending on the browser), some aspect of the address bar will turn green, and on some browsers, our company name will be displayed. You can click the green area (or our company name) for more information and to see the public aspect of the certificate, and verify that we are "Whole Health Products, LLC."

Finally, we do NOT store your credit card information, either online or offline. For customers who choose to use our Convenience Plan, we need to be able to charge your card again in the future without hassling you. To solve the problem of us needing to charge a card in the future without us storing the card number, we have partnered with the largest provider of e-commerce payment solutions to use a new and unique tool. Briefly, when a customer signs up for our Convenience Plan, they place their initial order just like any other one-time order. This is done securely using encryption and the technology mentioned above. However, at that time, we also request a unique "token" from the credit card processor, and we store that token instead of the card number. The token is not merely an encrypted or scrambled version of the card number; it is a unique and incredibly long combination of letters, numbers and symbols that only Whole Health can use in the future! We then encrypt that token (even though it is useless to anyone else), and store that securely. We call it "hypersecurity" and if you've read this far, you can tell that we are very proud of our security! We are proud of it because we know that our customers care, as they should.

Safe Shopping Guarantee Details: Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank holds you liable for any of this $50.00 (which they usually do not), Whole Health Products, LLC will cover the this liability for you, up to the full $50.00. Whole Health Products, LLC will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at Whole Health Products, LLC. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

3. We guarantee that our prices are the lowest.

Either before you purchase, or within 30 days after your purchase, if you find the same item for less, we will honor that price. If you have already bought from us, we will refund the price difference to you. This is a simple and straightforward policy that means what it should. So, shop with confidence that you're getting a great deal. Obviously, the lower price needs to be verifiable, and the item needs to be the same item and the same quality (for example, certified organic noni is different from non-organic noni.) Don't forget to factor in the exorbitant shipping fees some companies charge, compared to our $4.95 (often Free) shipping!

4. We guarantee that we will ship your order promptly!

We automatically include same-day shipping on all orders received by 4pm Eastern time, every business day. Orders received after 4pm are shipped the next business day. This obviously applies only to in-stock products, but we have a 99.7% in-stock rate -- meaning that it is rare that we are out of stock of an item. In those rare instances when we are, we clearly indicate so on our website. Shipping Examples:

  1. You place an order on Monday at 1:28PM Eastern for items not specifically marked "out of stock". Your order will leave our warehouse that same day.
  2. You place an order on Sunday morning at 9AM Eastern for items not specifically marked "out of stock." Your order will leave our warehouse on Monday.

PLUS: Free Shipping is available! Purchase a minimum of $75 in product and your shipping (Domestic US) is free every time. Most of the time, we ship products with priority mail (about 90% of packages). Some packages we ship UPS ground if they are particularly large, expensive or heavy. UPS has better tracking and gets there about the same time when it is a large package.
